Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support government-related legal matters, including civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and Congressional inquiries. The role requires deep eDiscovery experience and strong collaboration with technical teams and business leaders.

You will advise on preserving and producing ESI, monitor legal holds, and help update SOPs while applying FBI tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• Experience with eDiscovery services covering the EDRM (File to Trial).
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor laws impacting civil/criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
• assess new technology or best practices for FBI Discovery.
• Test system upgrades/patches before release.
• Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI.
