Job summary

CGS Federal in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to support complex civil and criminal matters within government contracts. You will work with the litigation team to apply eDiscovery tools and manage data from FBI IT systems.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, and strong communication across technical and legal teams. You will design discovery plans, oversee data collection and processing, and ensure production quality while

Qualifications

• Five years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• Three years on major lit support projects.
• Two years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal matters and inquiries.
• Serve as expert user of eDiscovery applications (Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas).
• Develop discovery plans with date ranges, keywords, and custodians.
• Collect data from FBI IT systems per the discovery plan and support attorneys and agents.
• Analyze results for data gaps and ensure production quality including Bates numbering.
• Coordinate collections with FBI units and provide training on eDiscovery tools.
