Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal team. This executive-level, full-time role focuses on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) for civil and criminal matters, FOIA, and congressional inquiries.

You will work with Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas platforms to support FBI-related cases, coordinate with internal and agency teams, and mentor end users. A U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience requested.
• 3 years on major litigation support projects preferred.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain security clearance.
• BS/BA degree; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal matters.
• Provide criminal discovery support and plan discovery parameters.
• Serve as expert user of eDiscovery tools (EV, LHMT, Veritas, DA).
• Develop discovery plans with litigation teams; define parameters.
• Collect data from FBI IT systems per the discovery plan.
• Analyze results for data gaps and ensure Bates-number quality.
• Coordinate results with FBI units; train agency attorneys and staff.
• Document eDiscovery plans and procedures for cases.
• Support legal hold implementation and related requests.
