Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join a fast-paced legal team, supporting civil and criminal matters through ESI collection and processing. You will serve as a technical lead for multiple eDiscovery tools, develop discovery plans, and coordinate with FBI units and attorneys.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with Relativity and LHMT, and US government security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience, focused on client solutions.
• 3 years on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal matters.
• Serve as expert user of eDiscovery applications (EV, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas).
• Develop discovery plans with the litigation team detailing search parameters.
• Collect data from FBI storage locations per the discovery plan to support attorneys and agents.
• Coordinate electronic discovery results with FBI units and internal teams.
• Provide training and technical assistance on eDiscovery software and processes.
• Document discovery plans and procedures for each case.
• Facilitate legal hold implementation, amendments, and lifts.
