Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to support government contracts and legal teams. The role emphasizes expertise in identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and criminal matters, including FOIA and Congressional requests.

You will work with advanced eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas) and collaborate with FBI and legal staff to develop discovery plans, validate results, and ensure

Qualifications

5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
The ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal matters.
Support criminal discovery, FOIA, Congressional requests, and other inquiries.
Use eDiscovery tools (EV, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas) for data collection and review.
Develop discovery plans with litigation teams, specifying search parameters.
Coordinate collection results with FBI units and ensure proper load files and Bates numbering.
