Job summary

CGS is seeking an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced legal team. You will support litigation technology, preserve ESI, and advise on FBI Discovery processes using CGS tools and industry best practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery, 2+ years with Relativity, and a US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance. A BS/BA is required, JD preferred. This is a full-time executive-level role within CGS's Legal department.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil/criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
• Assess new technologies and best practices for potential adoption.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and conduct testing of upgrades.
• Ensure new capabilities address existing requirements and provide guidance on ESI handling.
• Maintain SOPs for the ETA role and support legal holds and preservation activities.
