Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced legal team. The role supports diverse legal accounts and applies cutting-edge technology to improve discovery workflows.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong Relativity experience, and a U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a government clearance. This is a full-time, on-site executive-level position within the Legal Department at CGS.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain U.S. Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support across civil and criminal matters.
• Monitor changes to laws affecting FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
• Research industry best practices to enhance FBI Discovery solutions.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Assist with identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for legal matters.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for ETA role.
