Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join the Legal department. The role supports various aspects of the company’s litigation portfolio with emphasis on eDiscovery technologies and procedures.

The candidate should have strong Relativity experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, executive-level environment. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• BS/BA or equivalent; JD highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support across FBI Discovery and related workflows
• Monitor changes in laws impacting civil/criminal litigation to assess FBI Discovery impact
• Evaluate new technologies and best practices for FBI Discovery
• Test system upgrades/patches prior to release
• Ensure preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI
• Update and create SOPs for the ETA role
