Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal department in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) for civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and Congressional inquiries.

You will work with Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas platforms to support FBI investigations and related workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery or litigation support
• 3+ years on major lit support projects
• 2+ years with Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• BS/BA or equivalent; JD highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal matters and FOIA requests
• Develop and implement discovery plans with search parameters
• Operate and support eDiscovery software and data collection
• Ensure data quality, Bates numbering, and load file creation
• Coordinate with FBI units for processing and review workflows
• Train users on eDiscovery platforms and procedures
• Document discovery plans and procedures for each case
• Provide ad hoc end-user support for the eDiscovery repository
