Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join a fast-paced Legal team supporting civil and criminal matters, FOIA, Congressional requests, and other inquiries. You will enable data collection, processing, and production of ESI using leading tools and coordinate with FBI units.

Ideal candidates have relevant eDiscovery and litigation experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. JD preferred; BS/BA required.

Qualifications

• Five years of eDiscovery and litigation support experience.
• Three years of progressive responsibilities on major lit support projects.
• Two years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• BS/BA degree; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal matters.
• Provide criminal discovery support including data collection and processing.
• Serve as the expert user of ESI tools: Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT and Veritas.
• Develop discovery plans with search parameters such as date range, keywords, and custodians.
• Coordinate with FBI units to process discovery for review, redaction, and release.
• Train and assist agency attorneys, paralegals, and other users of the FBI eDiscovery platform.
