Job summary

Epiq is seeking a strategic Senior Director, AI Programmatic Sales to accelerate revenue and market adoption of AI-powered eDiscovery and legal tech. This leader will drive go-to-market strategies for GenAI-enabled document review, analytics, and governance, working with executives and product teams to align client needs with solutions.

The role focuses on new business, expanding strategic relationships, and position ing Epiq as a trusted advisor for responsible AI in legal and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, tech, information systems or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including technology-enabled services and solutions.
• 5+ years selling eDiscovery, legal technology, data analytics or AI solutions.
• Proven success in achieving significant annual sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex consultative sales with executives.
• Strong understanding of the legal services ecosystem and data governance.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for AI-powered solutions.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline across enterprise, law firms, government, and regulated clients.
• Lead complex sales cycles from identification through contract execution.
• Drive growth via consultative selling, executive relationships, and value-based positioning.
• Identify multi-year AI transformations involving AI, eDiscovery, investigations, and governance.
