Job summary

Cozen O'Connor is seeking a Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery to lead complex engagements from initiation to completion. You will oversee the full EDRM lifecycle, manage client relationships, and direct a pod of technologists to ensure defensible, high-quality work product on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has deep eDiscovery expertise, strong leadership, advanced Relativity knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple high-stakes matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of progressive eDiscovery or legal project management experience.
• Advanced Relativity knowledge including workspace administration and production workflows.
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale matters with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of forensic collection methodologies and defensible data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects across the EDRM lifecycle (data collection, processing, review, productions).
• Serve as primary client and legal team liaison, delivering strategic guidance and proactive issue resolution.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Oversee Relativity workspaces, data ingestion, workflow design, QC, and production management.
• Ensure all work product complies with SOPs, client specs, court rules, and ESI protocols.
• Manage a pod of two+ technologists, assign tasks, monitor capacity, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate forensic data collections across email, cloud, social media, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation to maintain defensibility, efficiency, and quality.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to improve workflows and contribute to best practices.
• Stay current on emerging eDiscovery technologies and industry trends.
