Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal team inside a federal agency. The role emphasizes client consultation, Relativity workflow creation, and managing production, review, and data processing tasks. You will set schedules, maintain quality, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring extensive eDiscovery experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred.
• Experience with Government software policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and resources for progress through the system.
• Initiate work orders for tasks related to data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources.
• Participate in kick-off calls and document workflows, standards, and closure tasks.
