CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our Legal team supporting a Federal agency. You will lead eDiscovery workflows using Relativity, manage data processing, review, production tasks, and establish project schedules while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, strong communication skills, and a background in government contracting. U.S.

Formación

• 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support with a focus on client solutions.
• 3+ years progressively more responsible on major lit support projects.
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery teams and leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with EDRM and government software policies.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop and modify workflows and essential resources for task progression.
• Initiate client work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks for accuracy of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules considering activities and resources.
• Participate in kick-off calls, documentation, and project closure tasks (billing, data destruction).
• Maintain understanding of eDiscovery trends, tools, and market competitors.
