Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal organization within a large Federal agency. The role focuses on leading complex eDiscovery initiatives, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and delivering accurate results using Relativity and related tools.

The ideal candidate brings extensive eDiscovery experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with potential security clearance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support with client-focused solutions.
• 3+ years leading major lit support projects.
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain US government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and tools for data processing and review.
• Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting work orders for tasks related to data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of job instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules across departments and dependencies.
• Participate in kickoff calls and documentation of workflows and project closure tasks.
