Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our legal team supporting a Federal agency. The role focuses on managing complex eDiscovery workflows, client liaison, and ensuring timely delivery of production and review tasks.

You will develop project schedules, coordinate Relativity-based processes, and communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders while maintaining compliance with government policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions.
• 3+ years on major lit support projects.
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows, resources, and tools used in the eDiscovery process.
• Initiate work on behalf of clients by submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish project schedules based on task complexity, dependencies, and resources.
• Participate in kick-off calls and document workflows and closure tasks.
