Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support a federal agency's legal organization. The role requires coordinating client-facing eDiscovery activities, managing Relativity workflows, and delivering production and review tasks on tight schedules.

Candidates should have 5+ years in eDiscovery, 2+ years in Relativity beyond basic review, and a U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive, more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical teams and leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with EDRM (File to Trial) and government software policies.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for all eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts, and views in Relativity; produce batches for review.
• Create production sweeps and sets in Relativity; develop workflows and resources.
• Submit work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope, deadlines, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities and dependencies.
• Participate in kickoff calls and document workflows, standards, and closures.
• Maintain understanding of e-discovery and market tools; stay informed on competitors.
