Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to support a federal agency's legal team. You will manage complex eDiscovery projects, create Relativity workflows, and coordinate data processing, review, and production tasks with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive, more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain security clearance (active preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation for eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify and implement workflows and tools.
• Submit work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
• Perform quality checks on instructions and final work product.
• Communicate scope, deadlines, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities and dependencies.
• Support project kickoff, workflow documentation, and project closure tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of eDiscovery services and market tools.
