Job summary

CGS Federal in the United States seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to support the legal team of a large Federal agency. The role includes managing client requests, building Relativity fields, and coordinating data processing, review, and production workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery, 2+ years with Relativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance. U.S. citizenship is required; federal security procedures apply.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Federal Agency issued security clearance.
• JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and tools to progress work through the system.
• Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources.
