Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our Legal team supporting a Federal agency.

You will lead client-facing eDiscovery initiatives, build workflows in Relativity, manage schedules, and ensure quality across data processing, review, and production.

Applicants should have 5+ years in eDiscovery and a background in government contracting; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance preferred.
• Experience with government software policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and essential resources for progress.
• Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities and dependencies.
• Participate in project tasks including kick-off calls and documentation of workflows.
• Maintain an understanding of e-discovery and industry tools.
