Job summary
Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced legal team supporting government matters. The role focuses on providing litigation technology support, preserving ESI, and guiding discovery through secure, compliant processes.
The candidate will monitor changes in laws affecting civil and criminal litigation, test upgrades, and ensure solutions meet needs. U.S.
Qualifications
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
- 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
- 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and business leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Experience with EDRM covering all realms (File to Trial).
- U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide litigation technology support across civil and criminal matters.
- Monitor changes in discovery laws and FBI policies for applicability.
- Test system upgrades and patches prior to release.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet underlying needs and deliver new capabilities.
- Preserve ESI and advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing it.
