Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) seeks a dedicated eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support the company’s legal accounts within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The role focuses on advising on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, FOIA, and other external inquiries using current FBI tools, while monitoring industry trends and updating SOPs. A strong technical background in ESI and Relativity is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3+ years on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain security clearance (active preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support and monitor legal changes impacting civil and criminal litigation.
• Monitor industry trends to apply new technology or best practices for FBI discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet needs and deliver business capability.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and selected matters using FBI tools.
• Monitor legal holds and ensure proper preservation of material.
• Update or create SOPs for the ETA role.
• Maintain strong technical background with electronic discovery applications and legal expertise.
