Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery and litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws that impact civil and criminal litigation and assess impact on FBI Discovery policies.
• Monitor the commercial industry to apply new technology or best practices to FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Ensure new functional capabilities address existing requirements.
• Provide advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, select criminal matters, FOIA, and Congressional requests using FBI tools and processes.
• Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing hold custodians and ensure preservation of material.
• Update or create SOPs for the ETA role.
• Provide strong technical background on electronic discovery applications and robust legal expertise.
