Job summary
Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join our Legal team in a fast-paced environment. You will support FBI discovery workflows, preserve ESI, and advise on best practices while coordinating with technical and legal stakeholders. Required 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support, 2+ years with Relativity, and a U.S.
Citizenship. A BS/BA or JD is preferred; security clearance is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support focused on client solutions.
- 3+ years on major lit support projects with increasing responsibility.
- 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor changes to laws affecting FBI Discovery to assess impact on policies and procedures.
- Evaluate new technology and best practices for FBI Discovery applications.
- Verify proposed solutions meet underlying business needs.
- Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
- Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil/criminal matters and FOIA requests.
- Monitor legal hold reports and ensure proper preservation of material.
