Job summary
Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and external inquiries using FBI tools and processes. You will monitor laws, test upgrades, and ensure preservation of data subject to legal holds while advising on ES I workflows.
You will collaborate with technical teams and business leaders in a fast-paced environment, contributing to policies and SOPs, and supporting government-focused litigation technology
Qualifications
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
- 3 years on major lit support projects
- 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred)
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience, JD highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide litigation technology support including monitoring laws affecting FBI Discovery
- Research industry to apply new tech to FBI Discovery
- Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs
- Test system upgrades or patches prior to release
- Deliver ES I capabilities for civil/criminal matters and FOIA requests
- Maintain preservation compliance and update SOPs for ETA role
