Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC seeks a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join our Legal team in a fast-paced environment. You will support diverse accounts, apply FBI Discovery tools, and help deliver compliant ESI solutions.

The role requires US citizenship, eligibility for a government security clearance, and a BS/BA (JD preferred). You will work closely with technical teams and business leaders, shaping procedures and best practices while maintaining a high standard of

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressively more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support including monitoring changes to laws affecting FBI Discovery policies.
• Monitor industry to apply new tech or best practices to FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Deliver new functional capabilities addressing existing requirements.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI using FBI tools and processes.
• Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing legal hold custodians.
• Update and/or create SOPs for the ETA role.
• Provide strong technical background on eDiscovery applications and strong legal expertise.
