Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist in Fairfax, VA, to join a fast-paced legal team. You will support complex civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and external inquiries using FBI tools and processes. A strong legal background and technical depth in eDiscovery are essential.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance. BS/BA or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance (active preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile legal technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
• Assess new technology or best practices for ESI handling and litigation support.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and requirements.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Deliver new functional capabilities for ESI processing and production.
• Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI.
• Update standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
