Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced legal team in support of government-related matters. The role focuses on preserving, collecting, and producing ESI with FBI tools and processes, requiring strong Relativity experience and U.S. citizenship.

The candidate will work with a broad legal-technical team, ensure compliance, and contribute to policy updates and procedural standards; active clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years of progressive, more responsible experience on major lit support projects
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience with EDRM (File to Trial)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred)
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation to assess FBI Discovery policy impact.
• Review industry best practices to apply new tech for FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs of requirements.
• Test system upgrades/patches prior to release.
• Deliver new legal capabilities aligned with existing requirements, including preservation and production of ESI.
• Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, select criminal matters, FOIA and Congressional requests using FBI tools and processes.
• Monitor daily separation reports to identify custodians and ensure proper preservation under legal holds.
• Update or create standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
• Provide strong technical and legal background on electronic discovery applications.
