Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring delivery of data processing services in line with ESI specifications. You will manage a team, coordinate with attorneys, and provide detailed deficiency notices.

You will advise on EDRM phases and keep clients informed about deadlines and resources, while supporting lab web hosting and ensuring quality control of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extensive eDiscovery experience required across processing, review, QA and data loads.
• Minimum eight years in eDiscovery roles with five years in management.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Relativity certifications including RCA strongly preferred; other tools may apply.
• Undergraduate degree required; waiver only by Contracting Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lab data processing delivery and supervise the eDiscovery team.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and adherence to ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for ESI.
• Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to the case attorney.
• Keep the client informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resources.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Schedule work, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines; perform QC of deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
