CGS Federal in Boston seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead the lab data processing services and ensure productions meet ESI specifications. You will work with attorneys and support staff to apply best practices.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, 8+ years in eDiscovery, and 5+ years in management, plus knowledge of EDRM and related tools. You will mentor a team at client sites and coordinate with legal teams.

Formación

• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles (processing, review, QA, data loads)
• 5+ years in management/supervisory level
• Thorough knowledge of the discovery process and EDRM workflow
• Relativity RCA/Analytics Specialist certifications preferred
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field; waiver possible by Contracting Officer

Responsabilidades

• Lead lab data processing services delivery.
• Ensure timely, accurate task completion and conform to ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices.
• Provide detailed deficiency notices to case attorneys.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities and resource availability.
• Oversee client-site eDiscovery lab team, scheduling and QC.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
