Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager in Rockville, MD to lead the client-site eDiscovery lab, ensuring delivery of data processing services per ESI specs and coordinating with attorneys.

You will manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, ensure timely deliverables, QC, and advise on EDRM phases using Relativity, iConect, Venio, and LAW.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications strongly preferred.
• At least eight years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads, retrieval, and review.
• At least five years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and the EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge of document review tools such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field; waiver requires CO approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion; develop processing approaches per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff on ESI best practices; participate in client/co-counsel teleconferences.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specs; provide detailed notices of deficiencies.
• Keep client informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals: scheduling, assessments, progress reports, and QC.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
