Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Senior ALS Lab Manager to lead the eDiscovery lab data processing and ensure productions align with ESI specifications. You will keep clients informed of deadlines, challenges, and resource availability while directing a team on schedules and QC of deliverables.

Ideal candidates have extensive Relativity experience, RCA/Analytics credentials, and hands‑on expertise across data processing, QA, and data loads.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in eDiscovery, including processing, data culling, QA, and data loading.
• Management or supervisory experience of a team in a lab/eDiscovery setting.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Experience with Relativity and related review software; RCA and Analytics credentials valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure tasks meet ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys on best practices; participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Provide clients with timely updates on deadlines, challenges, and resources.
• Oversee webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, assign work, and ensure deadlines.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
