Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis is seeking an experienced Discovery Advisor in our Litigation & Practice Technology group in the United States. You will manage high-stakes document review projects, leverage Relativity, and apply GenAI tools to improve efficiency while coordinating with attorneys and review teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of eDiscovery expertise, strong analytics, and leadership skills to deliver quality results on complex matters.

Qualifications

• JD required with strong litigation and eDiscovery experience.
• 7+ years supporting complex document review across large-scale litigation.
• Deep knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery protocols.
• Technical proficiency with Relativity and other major platforms.
• Experience using GenAI tools to streamline discovery workflows.
• Ability to lead contract attorneys and review teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large, complex matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and quality assurance for review teams.
• Design and implement review workflows using TAR and defensible search.
• Define scope, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Analyze findings, provide metrics, and prepare deposition materials.
• Provide hands-on Relativity support and privilege logs.
• Support knowledge sharing and training within the team.
• Execute special projects as needed.
