Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a Discovery Advisor within the Litigation & Practice Technology group to lead complex document review projects from start to finish. You will manage discovery workflows, train teams, and implement TAR-based strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

You will work closely with attorneys, review teams, and vendors, applying Relativity and other platforms while leveraging GenAI to streamline processes and improve outcomes across high-stakes litigation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex document review projects in large-scale litigation.
• Deep knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery protocols.
• Hands-on use of Relativity or similar platforms; strong search and validation skills.
• Experience using GenAI tools to streamline discovery workflows and advise teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large, complex matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and quality assurance for review teams.
• Design and optimize review workflows with TAR and defensible search methods.
• Define scope, track progress, and communicate across teams and clients.
• Analyze findings, provide metrics, and support depositions and trial prep.
• Provide hands-on support in Relativity and other platforms; assist with privilege logs.
• Support team development through training and internal publications.
