Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a seasoned Discovery Advisor to lead complex eDiscovery initiatives within the Litigation & Practice Technology group in Boston. You will manage document review projects from start to finish, collaborating with attorneys and review teams to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic discovery lifecycle management, workflow optimization using TAR, and strong analytics to support deposition and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• JD required and 7+ years supporting complex document review projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity and major eDiscovery platforms.
• Experience using GenAI tools to streamline discovery workflows and validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large, complex litigation matters.
• Lead review teams, training, QA and privilege logging under attorney direction.
• Design and implement review workflows with TAR and defensible search methodologies.
• Coordinate with attorneys, vendors and clients to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Analyze review findings and provide metrics to case teams for depositions and trial.
• Provide hands-on support in Relativity and other platforms; assist with privilege logs and advanced searches.
• Support knowledge sharing through training and internal publications.
