Job summary

Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a experienced Discovery Advisor in the Litigation & Practice Technology group to lead end-to-end discovery projects across large-scale matters. You will supervise review workflows, train teams, and coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and clients to deliver efficient, defensible search and production processes.

Qualifications

• JD required with admission to practice.
• Minimum 7 years in complex document review and discovery.
• Deep knowledge of litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery protocols.
• Hands-on Relativity and other major platforms.
• Experience with GenAI tools in legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large, complex matters.
• Lead review workflows, training, and quality assurance under attorney direction.
• Design and implement defensible search methodologies and TAR strategies.
• Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and clients to manage scope and budget.
• Analyze findings, report metrics, and support depositions and trial prep.
• Provide hands-on Relativity support and tooling enhancements.
• Mentor contract attorneys and support team development.
