Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Senior Data Specialist II to support the EDRM workflow for a large federal agency initiative. You will perform file manipulation, loading, and quality checks, and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals.

The role requires knowledge of litigation discovery, familiarity with Relativity, LAW, IPRO, and related tools, plus two years of eDiscovery experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Windows, office applications, and encryption methods experience.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or other document processing platform.
• Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite, and West LiveNote valued.
• At least two years’ experience performing eDiscovery roles including file processing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and refines methodologies for manipulating files for litigation support tools.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with ESI specifications.
• Export data from databases, confirm redactions, and perform quality checks.
• Support client attorneys and paralegals by tracking documents and managing review databases.
• Work with Litigation Support Manager to ensure compliance with ESI specifications.
