Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Data Specialist II with extensive knowledge of litigation discovery processes to support a Federal agency initiative. The role involves managing ESI, data export, and document review workflows using tools like Relativity, LAW, IPRO, and West LiveNote.

You will assist attorneys and paralegals, coordinate with the Litigation Support Manager, and ensure productions align with ESI specifications across multiple databases and formats.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in computer science or related field.
• Requires knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite is valued.
• 2+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, data culling, QA, loads and retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and modifies methodologies for manipulating files for COTS products and litigation support apps.
• Exports data from databases for litigation, ensuring redactions and ESIs comply with specifications.
• Tracks and processes incoming documents, subpoena returns, and data; manages review databases and produces documents.
• Coordinates with client attorneys and Lit Support Manager to ensure ESIs meet specs and handle deficiencies.
