Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead eDiscovery across the lifecycle, from collection to production. You’ll work with disputes lawyers, clients and IT to implement preservation and collection strategies and to optimize TAR-driven review workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery project management, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple high‑pressure projects while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant eDiscovery project management and technology experience.
• Extensive experience executing continuous active learning and TAR strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with disputes lawyers, clients, and colleagues to deliver high quality eDiscovery solutions from collection through review and production.
• Develop identification, preservation, and collection protocols with lawyers and IT professionals.
• Lead data culling and filtering via search term calibration, data analytics, and TAR.
• Design and implement review workflows across platforms; optimize productivity metrics.
• Monitor case law developments and evolving litigation technology.
• Mentor and guide project analysts and project managers.
