Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Solutions Manager to grow in-house embedded solutions with customers. You will engage, develop, and expand our client portfolio in edge computing and embedded/IoT solutions.

You will represent Supermicro at major trade shows and conferences to network, meet clients, and expand opportunity pipelines. You will participate in product and solutions design, ensuring customer expectations are reflected in new offerings to increase business opportunities and drive revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in promoting embedded solutions, IPC, or server/hardware products.
• Strong communication and relationship management with C-level clients.
• Proven ability to develop and execute customer acquisition plans and to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Set customer acquisition and revenue growth targets with management.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition plans with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure and retain customers; design solution proposals.
• Lead pre-sales engagement and coordinate cross-functional resources to win customers.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with clients and prospects.
• Create solutions focusing on vertical markets from concept to market-ready products.
• Manage solution integration projects from design to delivery; be escalation point for solutions and sales teams.
• Work with sales/marketing to ensure competitive roadmaps and solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues; provide trainings to teams and partners.
• Provide feedback to inform product roadmap and demand generation.
