Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. (old) is seeking a Senior eCommerce Product Manager for Search, Browse & Navigation to shape the roadmap for global header/footer, site search, PLP filters, and sorting.

You will collaborate with merchandising, data science, SEO, engineering, and operations to drive traffic, improve relevance, and increase revenue through a data-driven strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams, own experimentation governance, and define success metrics such as navigation CTR,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital product management in ecommerce and navigation, search, or discovery
• 3+ years on enterprise ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making and experimentation
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• WCAG & privacy/compliance awareness for site-wide components

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and vision for site search, PLP, filters, and sorting
• Lead global header/footer strategy for desktop and mobile
• Collaborate with SEO, merchandising, and engineering teams to align roadmaps
• Drive improvements in search relevance, navigation, and conversion via data-driven decisions
• Own roadmap prioritization based on impact to conversion, AOV, and feasibility
• Partner with analytics to define KPIs and measure revenue impact
