Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Product Manager for Fulfillment to drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of the digital fulfillment experience across web and app. You will partner with supply chain, stores, logistics, CRM and engineering to ensure orders are ready quickly and accurately, balancing cost and service levels for large, bulky items.

You will own the fulfillment roadmap end-to-end, define delivery options, pricing by service level, and a seamless omnichannel

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the fulfillment product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, cost-to-serve, and feasibility.
• Lead the end-to-end digital fulfillment experience including delivery options, service levels, and BOPIS/curbside.
• Partner with supply chain, inventory, stores, logistics, CRM and engineering to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel experience.
• Define checkout and post-purchase fulfillment decisions, including delivery windows and pricing by service level.
• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team delivery with internal and carrier partners.
