Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior eCommerce Product Manager to lead the Search, Browse & Navigation domains. You will define vision for header/footer, site search, PLP filters and sorting, and drive revenue through optimized discovery and conversion.

Collaborate with merchandising, SEO, analytics, engineering, and store operations to shape the roadmap and deliver measurable results. Strong analytical and SDLC experience required.

Formación

• 6+ years of digital product management experience, with ecommerce/navigation focus.
• 3+ years with enterprise ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware or similar).
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and vision for site search experience, PLP, filters, and sort.
• Modernize listing page design and product tile content for quick scanning and comparison.
• Define how availability and fulfillment are surfaced to reduce purchase friction.
• Lead navigation strategy including global header/footer, mega menu, and breadcrumbs.
• Partner with SEO, analytics, and PDP teams to optimize conversion and discovery.
