You will partner with supply chain, stores, logistics, CRM, and engineering to design best-in-class fulfillment options, pricing, and service levels. • 6+ years of product management experience in retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the fulfillment product roadmap and strategy.
• Define delivery options, service levels, and checkout presentation of fulfillment choices.
• Collaborate with supply chain, stores, logistics, CRM, and engineering to deliver omnichannel fulfillment.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination.
• Drive experiments and analyze KPIs to optimize fulfillment features.
