Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Manager, Ecommerce Search in Atlanta to lead strategy, roadmap, and a team responsible for on-site search across our website and mobile app. You will drive findability, conversion, and revenue per search while guiding a team of analysts configuring and testing search platforms.

You will own relevance tuning, merchandising rules, and A/B testing, collaborating with merchandising, engineering, UX, and marketing to align search with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Ecommerce, digital merchandising, search/discovery, or a related analytics field with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing a commercial site search platform such as Algolia, Bloomreach, Coveo, Constructor.io, SearchSpring, Elastic/OpenSearch, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience owning relevance tuning, synonym/thesaurus governance, and merchandising rules at scale.
• Strong analytical skills translating query log analysis, funnel analysis, and search KPI reporting into strategic recommendations.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• Experience designing and overseeing A/B testing programs and methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate search performance to senior leadership.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and platform roadmap alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Ecommerce Search Analysts; set goals and support career growth.
• Own multi-quarter roadmap for on-site search and prioritize initiatives by impact.
• Set team KPIs for search performance and report progress to leadership.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire and scale the search team.
