Job summary

Tacori seeks a Senior Digital Product Manager to own the digital product experience across our DTC website and B2B retailer portal. You will lead a migration to Shopify Plus, stand up a headless PWA storefront, and integrate tools like Klaviyo, Algolia, and Sanity, while coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, and Sales.

You will own the Shopify environment, translate business needs into a prioritized ecommerce roadmap, and ensure data integrity and on-site merchandising.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience with platform ownership.
• Shopify required; Shopify Plus and headless/PWA experience preferred.
• AI savvy and familiarity with AI-powered tools and evolving space.
• Experience managing both B2C and B2B digital channels is a strong plus.
• Strong product data management: catalog structure and attribute mapping.
• Analytical and able to pull insights with GA4 or similar.
• Detail oriented with clean data and consistent execution.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Algolia, or Sanity is a plus.
• Luxury, jewelry, or fashion retail background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management and optimization of Tacori DTC site and B2B portal on Shopify Plus.
• Oversee ongoing digital evolution projects, migrations, integrations, QA/UAT.
• Post-launch roadmap planning and prioritization with leadership.
• Maintain product data integrity: taxonomy, attributes, imagery, pricing.
• Define site experience strategy: PLPs, PDPs, navigation, search, on-site merchandising.
• Manage internal agency relationship and cross-functional launches.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Sales for campaigns and updates.
• Monitor performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, AI tools, and ecommerce capabilities.
