Job summary

Our client, a fast-growing performance apparel and footwear brand, seeks a Senior Director of Digital Product & Technology to own the digital product roadmap and ecommerce platform strategy across DTC, wholesale, and future retail channels. This role partners with IT and cross-functional teams to drive omnichannel growth and align external development resources with business goals.

Qualifications

12+ years in digital product or ecommerce tech with leadership.
Deep Shopify Plus expertise from strategy to launch.
Experience managing outsourced development and external partners.
Omnichannel DTC to wholesale experience.
Strong program and project management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Footwear/apparel/retail background preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and own the digital product and technology strategy for omnichannel growth.
Build and maintain a prioritized digital roadmap with quarterly planning and exec communication.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital initiatives with clear scope and metrics.
Own Shopify Plus platform strategy, theme architecture, and API integrations.
Lead major theme redesigns and platform enhancements for site speed and UX.
Manage outsourced development agencies and vendor relationships.
