You’ll lead end-to-end lifecycle, manage backlog, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimize checkout, merchandising, and personalization while ensuring data privacy and accessibility across

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of prAna’s eCommerce platform from Salesforce to Shopify Plus with minimal disruption.
• Own end-to-end Shopify Plus product lifecycle: roadmap, backlog, prioritization.
• Align digital roadmap with corporate strategy to enhance consumer experience.
• Champion U.S. eCommerce compliance, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Drive headless storefronts using Hydrogen & Oxygen across channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimize checkout, payments, merchandising, personalization.
• Define KPIs and measure/iterate to improve engagement and conversion.
• Serve as liaison between business, design, engineering, and agency partners.
