Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in digital commerce product management.
• 4+ years of Shopify Plus experience.
• Proven ability to lead Shopify migrations from legacy platforms.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. eCommerce laws, PCI DSS, and ADA/WCAG standards.
• Experience managing multiple agencies and partners.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe/Google Analytics) and CRO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Shopify Plus product lifecycle and backlog.
• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features to improve conversion.
• Lead migration initiatives with minimal business disruption and data integrity.
• Align digital roadmap with corporate strategy to drive cross-channel experiences.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. eCommerce regulations and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimize checkout, payments, merchandising, and personalization.
• Define KPIs and continuously measure and iterate to improve engagement.
