Job summary

Brighton Collectibles is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce to own the direct-to-consumer roadmap and partner with teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing. You will lead data analytics, run experiments, and drive conversion through the Shopify Plus ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in DTC ecommerce product management, strong Agile experience, and a proven track record of end-to-end product ownership in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of DTC ecommerce product management experience in a high revenue growth environment.
• Deep expertise in Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, with analytic problem-solving approach.
• Strong experience with scrum/agile workflows.
• Experience managing vendors and internal stakeholders with trust and follow-though.
• Proven record launching and scaling digital products from idea to measurable results.
• End-to-end ownership mindset with accountability for project details.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brighton.com roadmap, focusing on customer needs and data signals.
• Drive with data: define evergreen KPIs, hypotheses and track performance.
• Run experiments (A/B and multivariate) to answer leadership questions.
• Become a data authority and share insights to guide decisions.
• Partner with Project Mgmt, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing.
• Master the Ecommerce tech stack and drive conversion improvements.
• Lead initiatives with in-house staff and agency partners.
• Guide product decisions with market research, tech knowledge, user feedback, and care insights.
• Be a beacon of data-driven transparency with stakeholders on progress and priorities.
